To answer one of the dinner time devotionals … yes. Our family just came out the other side of a 2 ½ year prayer request that looked like God kept answering “no” when in fact, it turned out he had a much better plan. (MUCH much better! Like Ephesians 3:20 better!) My favorite part was how plainly evident God was in orchestrating the “better” for my son.
We don’t always get to see the “why”, so it’s seasons like these that grow our faith for the next tough season.
As hard as it is sometimes, it’s like opening a Christmas present you didn’t even ask for but it’s just what you always wanted. I’m so, so glad the Dinner Table Devotionals are a hit in your home. Please tell your family I am very glad they like them.
